cold smokers


If you read this blog for any length of time, you’re going to see that one of my favorite things to experiment with is this cold smoker from A-Maze-N-Products. It’s small, inexpensive and burns for hours infusing food with a tasty smoky taste with no heat – great for cheeses, olives, shallots and whatever I might be dreaming up next.

I have an interest in all things food and am lucky enough to be surrounded by people that share this same passion. There’s never a shortage of inspiration or partners in collaboration. Some of my happiest memories involve big tables covered with food, plenty of wine, and extra chairs pulled up to accommodate all the friends and family.
